Hii, I'm Harshita Rathore.

I'm a mother, a Certified EMF Consultant (EMRS, Building Biology Institute, 2024), and I live in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand.

PregaShield started after the hardest year of my life. I had a miscarriage in late 2023. In the months that followed, I searched for answers about everyday exposures — the phone in my pocket, the Wi-Fi by the bed, the tower on the ridge. My clinic couldn't give me clear guidance, and most of what I found online was either fear-based blogs or dense research papers with no practical steps.

The science is universal, but accessible guidance wasn't. So I started translating the actual studies into simple language, and testing the products you can actually buy and get delivered here in the hills. Over 18 months, I read 200+ peer-reviewed papers, completed my EMRS certification, and hands-on tested 11 belly bands and other shielding tools in real homes.

I will never know exactly why my loss happened, and I will never claim phones cause miscarriage — the research is still evolving. But I do know pregnancy is a short window where easy precautions cost nothing, and peace of mind means everything. That's why I built PregaShield — so other mothers have the clear information I wish I'd had.

What I do here:  

• Summarize the global research in plain Hindi and English, with a link to every source 

• Test products for real-world comfort and fit, and only recommend what ships reliably in India 

• Focus on practical steps, not fear
